These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the wepartner.mx website, operated by Wepartner. By browsing the Website, you agree to comply with them.

1) Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the wepartner.mx website (the “Website”), operated by Wepartner, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the Website.

Wepartner may update these Terms as described in Section 8. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2) Description of Services

Wepartner is a contact center and BPO company that designs, implements, and manages customer experience operations and business processes for other companies, with operations in Cancún and Mexico City. Its capabilities include customer service, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, back office, help desk, collections, omnichannel operations, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence, Speech Analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence applied to operations.

The information published on the Website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or a service agreement. The commercial relationship between Wepartner and a client is formalized through a specific contract or service agreement, which will prevail over the content of this Website in the event of any discrepancy.

3) Permitted Use of the Website

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  1. Use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or to impersonate another person.
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, or data belonging to Wepartner or third parties.
  3. Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  4. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without Wepartner’s prior written authorization.
  5. Use automated mechanisms, including bots, scraping tools, or crawlers, to extract Website content or data without express consent.
  6. Interfere with the normal operation of the Website or overload its infrastructure.

4) Intellectual Property

All Website content—including text, graphics, logos, the “Wepartner” trademark, design, source code, and images—is owned by Wepartner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws in Mexico.

Its reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without Wepartner’s prior written authorization is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants users any license or right to Wepartner’s trademarks or content, except for the ordinary use required to browse the Website.

5) Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Wepartner does not warrant that the Website will be free from errors or interruptions, or that its content will be accurate or continuously updated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wepartner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.

This limitation applies only to the Website as an informational resource. It does not apply to formally contracted contact center and BPO services, which are governed by the terms, service levels (SLAs), and specific responsibilities established in the applicable client agreement.

6) Confidentiality and Client Information

Due to the nature of its contact center and BPO operations, Wepartner may have access to confidential information and personal data relating to its clients’ customers. Wepartner undertakes to process such information in accordance with the confidentiality agreements, service levels (SLAs), and security protocols established in each contract, as well as applicable personal data protection laws in Mexico.

The specific confidentiality, information-processing, and security terms for each operation are established in the applicable service agreement, not on this Website. For information about how we process Website visitors’ personal data, please see our Privacy Notice.

7) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.

For any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, and waive any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.

8) Changes to These Terms

Wepartner may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, operational, or Website-related changes. Any changes will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Users are encouraged to review this document periodically. Continued use of the Website after a change is published constitutes acceptance of that change.
